Hatha Yoga: Find Your Edge
After a long hiatus of teaching as a wandering gypsy, I am excited to return to a dedicated space where we can gather, move, breathe, and reconnect. This one-hour Hatha Yoga class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the wisdom that already exists within you.
Together, we will explore the balance between effort and ease, learning to find our edge and meet it with breath. At that edge—the place where we encounter challenge, resistance, or discomfort—we create space. Space to soften. Space to listen. Space to grow.
In today's fast-paced world, cultivating resilience is more important than ever. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional pauses, we begin to recognize the difference between true limitation and conditioned resistance. When we breathe into those moments of challenge, new possibilities emerge. A new way of moving. A new way of feeling. A new way of being.
This class is designed for every B-O-D-Y.
Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning to your practice, recovering from injury, or looking to deepen your connection to movement, variations and modifications will be offered throughout class. You are encouraged to honour your unique body, challenge yourself appropriately, and remember that yoga is a personal practice—not a performance.
