Join us each Monday for an accessible yoga and mobility class designed to help you move better, feel better, and enjoy life with greater ease.
This class is for everyone—whether you have physical restrictions that make attending a traditional yoga class challenging, are looking for gentle mobility exercises you can use at home or in the office, or simply want to improve your overall health and well-being. No previous yoga experience is required.
Through mindful movement, stretching, breathwork, and practical mobility techniques, you will learn how to improve flexibility, maintain healthy joints, prevent injury, and reduce the aches and pains that can accompany our busy lifestyles.
